Staff Work
My Rosa work primarily revolves around rules, guidelines, templates, mentoring, & anything else behind the scenes. You'll seldom see me in the official chats; content with teaching, guiding, & fighting within staff spaces.
As someone who focuses on consistency, clarification, & simplification, I'm rarely involved in creating any of the new or exciting stuff. Still, my grubby hands have been all over every rule or profile in some way; while my contributions might seem minor, they ensure every detail is as clear as possible. Long story short, I make things foolproof.
You won't find my name in the editor's section of most profiles, but that's by design. Outside of concepts, I don't work closely with specific profiles, especially the profile text itself- leave the grammar to the people much smarter than myself. Instead, I deal with the format of every profile. If there are issues with a rule or guideline, I'm one of the people they'll ask (cutely) for assistance.
You shouldn't have to know the intention behind a profile to follow it; my goal is to make the technicalities accessible & digestible, so you can feel confident in your understanding of the server & focus on having fun.
Gameplay
Personally, I prefer doing my own thing, while still being considerate of & including others. You're likely to spot me on a herbivore, especially Taco or Apa.
To me, acting out the little things is important, even if it goes unnoticed by most people. Creatures, like people, are not all the same; they differ in all sorts of ways. The most fun part of realism is playing out a character to the fullest, seeing the world through their eyes and acting accordingly.
This is an experience, not a skill test. A character's death is a dramatic tragedy, not a failure.
